1. The short version
ADPT uses the minimum information needed to operate its public website, protect community surfaces, verify wallet control and reconcile product activity. The checked-in public pages do not load Google Tag Manager or another third-party advertising tracker. ADPT does not sell personal information.
2. Information a service may process
- Standard request data: Cloudflare and ADPT services may receive an IP address, request time, browser metadata and requested path as part of delivering and protecting the site.
- Community activity: public names, messages and media links are visible to everyone. A secret-salted network identifier may be retained for rate limiting, moderation and abuse prevention.
- Wallet proofs: a public wallet address, exact signed message and signature may be processed to verify control or token eligibility. A message signature does not transfer assets or approve spending.
- Commerce and product records: when a service is active, it may retain an intent, public transaction signature, reference, delivery status, refund state and accounting evidence needed for reconciliation.
- Referral records: a referral code, event time and secret-salted deduplication identifier may be processed to measure genuine referrals without enabling earnings by default.
3. Information kept in your browser
The site may use local or session storage for a referral code, wallet-link proof, interface preference, and recovery data for a payment intent created by the server. Clearing browser data removes those local records and may make self-service recovery harder. Never store a private key or seed phrase in this site.
4. Purpose and retention
Information is used to deliver requested pages, prevent abuse, authenticate wallet-controlled actions, moderate public content, deliver products and preserve accurate financial or security records. Public chat content may remain visible until it is moderated or deleted. Accounting, security and dispute evidence may be kept longer when necessary to meet those purposes or legal obligations. Rate-limit buckets are designed to expire from the application database after 24 hours; salted identifiers attached to a public message may remain with that message until moderation or deletion. ADPT should not collect a new category of personal information without updating this notice.
5. Legal bases and UK rights
Where UK data-protection law applies, processing needed to deliver a requested service is based on contract or steps you request before a contract; security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, moderation and basic service measurement rely on legitimate interests; records required by law rely on legal obligation; and optional processing will use consent where required. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
6. Third parties and public ledgers
Cloudflare provides site and Worker infrastructure. Wallet software, Solana RPC providers, payment providers and content services operate under their own notices when their service is actually used. Public blockchain addresses and transactions are inherently public and may be copied or analyzed by anyone.
7. Choices and contact
You may read the public site without linking a wallet. Do not post information you want to keep private. Questions or removal requests may be directed to the official @AdaptADPT account; do not send credentials, private keys or sensitive personal information through a public message.
8. Changes
The date above changes whenever this notice materially changes. Product-specific terms may add narrower disclosures before a new service becomes available.
