Current scope: these interim terms govern access to the public research, media and community surfaces. Purchasing, card payments, token rewards, payouts and minting remain unavailable through this site until final operator, jurisdiction and product-specific terms have been reviewed and published.

Nothing on this website, in linked social channels, or in any ADPT publication constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

2. No offer of securities

ADPT is a volatile digital asset designed for use within the ADPT ecosystem. That description is not a legal classification. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or sale of securities in any jurisdiction, nor a prospectus of any kind. No expectation of profit is promised or implied.

4. Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use the public site. No purchase, staking, reward, payout, card-payment or minting feature is presently offered through this website. Those features will remain closed until the applicable eligibility and restricted-jurisdiction rules are published. Using a VPN or another method to evade a future restriction is prohibited. You remain responsible for compliance with local law and tax reporting.

5. Affiliate program

Signed referral-code registration and deduplicated click tracking are available when the service reports them as online. Earnings, conversion attribution, payouts, and financial liabilities are not enabled. Registering a code, connecting a wallet, sharing a link, or recording a click creates no payment entitlement.

A future reward program, if enabled, will require an explicit published policy version and eligibility review. The current proposal is affiliate-revenue-v1-proposed-2026-08-23; proposed is not active. Rewards may arise only from eligible settled external product revenue remaining after direct costs and required refund, chargeback, tax, and operating reserves. Token purchases, swaps, deposits, self-referrals, project-controlled activity, refunds, and reversals are not eligible revenue. Future rewards are not employment, guaranteed income, an investment return, or retroactive compensation for activity recorded before activation. Affiliates must not make false, misleading, spam, or income-promising claims about ADPT.

6. Media content

Memes shared through the Meme Galaxy are community content. Minting features, where shown in historical materials, are not currently available through the public website. You are responsible for content you upload or share, including respecting third-party intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights. No media item creates equity, a revenue right or governance power.

7. No warranties; limitation of liability

This website and all ADPT software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ADPT team, contributors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the public site, research, media, community or digital asset.

These terms may be updated at any time; the version published here governs. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
