1. No financial advice
Nothing on this website, in linked social channels, or in any ADPT publication constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
2. No offer of securities
ADPT is intended to function as a utility token within the ADPT ecosystem. Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, or sale of securities in any jurisdiction, nor a prospectus of any kind. No expectation of profit from the efforts of others is promised or implied.
3. Risk disclosure
- Total loss: digital assets are extremely volatile; the value of ADPT can go to zero.
- Autonomous system risk: the ADPT neural engine is experimental software. Trading strategies can and do lose money. Paper-trading or backtested performance never guarantees live results.
- Smart contract risk: contracts may contain bugs or be exploited despite audits.
- Game risk: Proof of Adaptation involves staking tokens which may be partially or entirely forfeited under the game rules you accept on entry.
- Liquidity risk: you may be unable to sell at any given time or price.
- Regulatory risk: laws governing digital assets change quickly and vary by jurisdiction.
- Third-party risk: card payments are processed by Crossmint; wallets, RPC providers, and exchanges are independent services under their own terms.
4. Eligibility & restricted jurisdictions
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to acquire and use digital assets. The purchase, staking, game, and affiliate features are not offered to residents of jurisdictions where such offerings are restricted or prohibited . Accessing this site through a VPN to evade restrictions is prohibited. You are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws, including tax reporting.
5. Affiliate program
The affiliate program is under development and not yet live: no rewards accrue before it launches, and connecting a wallet or generating a referral link creates no payment entitlement. If and when launched, affiliate rewards are discretionary protocol fee shares paid in digital assets, contingent on published eligibility rules and realized program income. They are not employment, guaranteed income, or an investment return. Affiliates must not make false, misleading, or income-promising claims about ADPT. Abuse (self-referral, wash trading, spam) forfeits rewards.
6. Meme content & NFTs
Memes shared through the Meme Galaxy are community content. Minting features, where available, are experimental. You are responsible for content you upload or share, including respecting third-party intellectual property rights. NFTs confer only what their metadata and the marketplace contract explicitly state — by default, no equity, revenue right, or governance power.
7. No warranties; limitation of liability
This website and all ADPT software are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ADPT team, contributors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the site, the token, the game, or the autonomous system.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time; the version published here governs. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
